Reverse Bucket List

I first read about this idea over on Sian's blog, and I absolutely fell in love. I feel like I spend a lot of my time focusing on all the things I want to accomplish and haven't had the chance to do yet (my bucket list), and not about all of the wonderful things that I have done in these 23 years of life (my reverse bucket list). Instead of wallowing on all the things left to do in your life time, this little project really makes you appreciate everything your life has brought you so far, and how far you've come! So, without further adieu, here's my reverse bucket list!

(It was pouring out that morning!)

46. Build a snow man.

49. Be a flower girl in two weddings.
50. Deep sea fish.

Most of these things weren't planned, and some of them I never knew I wanted to do in the first place. Either way, I've done them, and I wouldn't trade those memories for anything! :) It's nice to reflect on all the things I have done in the past rather than focus on all there is to do in the future. I'm sure if you gave me a while I could come up with 50 more things to add to this list. Who knows? Maybe you'll see a sequel a few years from now! ;)

What are some things you'd be able to put on your reverse bucket list?

  1. I love this idea! I like how the focus is on what you have done, rather than what you have not. I know I can get caught up in the have nots, so it's nice to focus on what's been done. Love the European adventures!
