When It Rains It Pours

Hi all! I wanted to write a quick update on what's been going on in my life.

You all know that my professional life has been quite hectic the last few weeks and will continue to be on the crazy side until June. Lucky for Brett and I (*sarcasm*) our personal life is now just as busy and chaotic because now we are urgently seeking a new place to live. Our current living situation  - and I'll get into this more at a future date - has become unbearably challenging and we are looking to get out ASAP. This means that in our down time, we are frantically looking for somewhere we can move that is affordable, something we like, and something that's available immediately. That also means we're competing with lots of other people for the same places, so needless to say it is STRESSFUL. Our hopes are really high that we will find something soon so we can finally move and feel like we can breathe again.

On top of all of this, I just took my car into the garage over the weekend and have been informed it's time for me to trade ol' Dory girl in for a new car. So that'll be a fun challenge to take on after we move. HA.

Anyway, with all that's going on, both personally and professionally, staying active on YouTube and on my blog feels impossible at the moment. I know I was going to try to continue to upload somewhat regularly through this busy time at work (I was actually working on a weekly vlog when all this proverbial shit hit the proverbial fan last week), but now with all this extra stuff happening in our personal life, it just isn't feasible to keep up right now. I'm hoping we can resolve our living situation sooner rather than later, but we just do not know what the immediate future holds right now. I'll likely still be somewhat active on Twitter and Instagram (just because it's so much easier to post there when you have limited time/energy!) but if my blog and my channel are a bit silent for the next few weeks/months, you'll know why. Once we do move, I'm hoping to do a moving vlog and a little apartment tour, so get excited for that!

I really hope something works out for us soon and we'll keep you updated once something does. I really appreciate all the well wishes that we've been receiving over Twitter and Instagram lately. You all are so sweet and it's been so good to know how understanding you are about my needing to take a step back. You've made this decision to take a break so much easier because I know once I am able to come back you'll all be there, so THANK YOU for that!

I'll be back so soon. Keep your fingers crossed for us!

10 Years Ago & Now | Blog Ahead #10

Blog Ahead #10
Originally written on October 22, 2018

For my 10th post for Blog Ahead, I thought it might be fun to pause and reflect for a bit. I wanted to take a moment to look back to 10 years ago and remember where I was at then and think about how far I've come. I've been struggling with my mental health over these last few months, but I know that one of the best tools that helps when you're feeling a bit stuck is to reflect and focus on all of your accomplishments instead of focusing on how much you want to accomplish in the future.

{source}

10 years ago I was...

-A freshman in college. I was living in Woodland Hall and loving being able to see my friends any time I wanted just by knocking on their door that was only a few steps away. I was a Fashion Merchandising major but was feeling a little unsure about it (I would eventually change my major to Communication/Creative Advertising at the end of my first semester) and trying to find my place in a solid friend group.

-Living with anxiety but did not have a word for how I felt. The first time I remember feeling this way was the spring of my senior year of high school (also 2008) and I honestly had no idea what was happening or how I could control it. All I knew was that I was panicking often without a reason why, and that carried itself with me into college.

-Still getting over my high school boyfriend and navigating life outside of my friend groups from home. Though I was having a lot of fun with the new friends I was making, there were things I was missing in my old life and being on my own for the first time was a tough adjustment. I was doing a lot of discovering who I was, what was important to me, and what path I wanted to go down... and this was only the beginning!

Having a dance party in my dorm room... (September 2008)

...and making new friends left, right, and center! (September 2008)

Today I am...

-Still in the college environment, but now as a professional! I am in my fourth year as an #SApro and my seventh year of working in the field after college. #WAT. When I started college, I definitely did not predict that it would be my career (mainly because I didn't realize that it could even be a career), but here I am. Thinking about my little freshman self warms my heart a bit because I know that I've connected with students throughout my career that were in very similar situations that I was in back in 2008, and I know I'll encounter more students like this in the future. It makes me realize that even though I was facing some challenges in my life, I got through them and I can get through more challenges that come my way in the future.

-Still living with and navigating anxiety on a regular basis. Mental health is a fickle thing and it's still one of my biggest challenges to this day. I am thankful that I can name it, however, and know that I have options and coping mechanisms when things get particularly hard, so that's definitely a step up from where I was 10 years ago!

-In a full-blown grown up relationship which is nearly 6 years strong, and have made some really strong friendship connections as well along the way that I've been proud to maintain through time and distance. I've definitely made some really great relationships in my adult life thus far that I know I'll bring with me for years to come.

#doodiegang in Pittsburgh, before supporting me through my 7th marathon! (June 2018)

Long distance runner! (June 2018)

Taking the leap on a solo trip to SF for a job interview! (July 2018)

Entering my 4th year as an #SApro at a new institution in a new role! (August 2018)

I'm still working on figuring myself out through the many up and downs in life. I've grown and changed so much over these last 10 years of life. I was looking back at photos from the last 10 years for this post and there were so many instances where I could honestly say that I'm a completely different person now. Not in any particular good or bad way, just different. Different priorities, goals, interests... just different. And I've grown so much in a lot of ways that I'm really proud of. I'm facing different challenges, that's very true, but I know that 10 years down the line, I'll look back on this post and know that I got through it and will feel stronger and more confident in myself... much like I'm feeling now. :)

Where were you 10 years ago? How does that compare to where you are today?

On Developing a Routine

I don't tend to be a routine-based person. My life is often a mystery and I'm not sure what's coming down the pipeline and it's really fun that way. My work is different every time I walk into the office, Brett and I are always up to different things each week, I'm always up to try new things and I enjoy it. Routine isn't really something I associate with my life. Or at least I haven't until very recently. Spring is always extremely hectic in higher ed, and if you've been following my blog for a while you're probably used to me saying that! Schedules get very crazy very quickly, so I've recently made a decision to create somewhat of a daily routine for myself in order to have some sort of comforting consistency in my life.

A routine for me needs to be rigid enough that I'll make the time for myself to follow it, but flexible enough that if I have to push something out to make way for something else it won't stress me out. I try to stick to this routine as many days of the week as I can as I really find that it aids in easing stress and creating some sort of consistency in my usually inconsistent schedule, but I do understand that because my schedule is so inconsistent that there will be days that I can't check off every box on this list. Here is what I've been doing over the past few weeks and it's really been making a positive impact in my life thus far:

Before Work

My pre-work morning tends to be my most regimented part of the day. Here's

6:00AM - Alarm goes off. I try my damnedest to wake the f--- up and not hit snooze 50 times like I want to.
6:15AM - Roll out the yoga mats in the living room. Watch a YouTube video or two before Brett joins me to wake up a bit.
6:30AM - Brett & I do a Yoga with Adriene video. These are usually about 30 minutes long.
7:00AM - Get ready for work. If I have some free time I will read or watch YouTube.
8:00AM - Head out the door for work. I'll more often than not make a stop at Dunkin' Donuts for a morning bagel & coffee.

At Work

I usually get in around 9:00AM, depending on my schedule for the day. I like to block out the first hour of my schedule to get oriented for the day. I'll spend this time checking emails, checking my calendar, and doing some mindfulness activities in my bullet journal*. This really helps to put myself in a positive mindset for the day.

I really try to prioritize taking my lunch away from my desk. Unfortunately most of my staff works on extremely different schedules so we're all taking lunch at different times and we can't eat together (though we would love to!), so I'll usually take my lunch and my book and find a quiet spot on campus (usually the library if it's cold, an outdoor spot if it's warm) to eat and read for an hour. This is a really nice way to break up the day and to rejuvenate my mind to push through the afternoon.

After Work

This always varies depending on my workout schedule, if there are any events I need to be at for work, or I have plans with friends, but on normal nights will go one of two ways:

1. I head directly to the gym for an hour to do some cardio and potentially a lift. If it's actually light out when I leave work (so spring/summer/early fall) I'll run outside. I'll then grab a snack and head home. Sometimes I'll treat myself to a latte at Starbucks for the ride home.

2. I head home and do any editing that needs to be done for my channel or any writing that needs to be done for my blog. If I don't have any editing or writing to do I'll veg out with some Netflix or YouTube. I'll usually make sure to write a little something in my journal and reading as well.

I don't typically set a "bed time" for myself, but I say I consistently get tired and doze off around 11PM every night.

Aaaand that's my typical routine on a weekday! If I don't have work or if it's the weekend my schedule is usually a huge toss up and I don't really have a routine, but I let myself fall out my routine and relax a bit on those days. Sometimes it's nice not to think! I've been really liking having this sort of routine every day as it's helped ease some stress each day and build in some time for self-care as well.

Do you have a daily routine? How has it benefitted you?
Let me know in the comments! :)

*I will be doing a blogpost that will go in a few weeks on mindfulness activities in your bullet journal! Be on the look out for that. :)

Family, Football, and Fall Festivities

It's been a while since I've sat down and given a bit of a life update here on the blog. I've been posting up my vlogs as I've been posting them on YouTube but I also haven't been doing a ton of daily vlogging lately, save for readathons which don't really focus on my daily life. I thought I'd pop by and give you all a bit of an update on what's been going on lately!

The school year is finally underway, I survived September, and things are finally settling down a bit. If you've been following along with this blog for a while, September and April are always the busiest months of the year at work. I'm really happy with how September went for us this year - we have multiple succesful programs, we're trying out new things, and - the best part - really connecting with the students. Our staff is still fairly new (the majority of us have been at MHC a year and a half or less) but there's definitely a difference in how we're connecting with the students this year which is making our work so much easier.

The Nichols football program is doing much better this year than they have in previous years! It's been great to see the football program Brett dedicates so much time and energy to finally make some visible and tangible improvements. While they're 2-3 half way through the season, Brett is confident that they have the potential to pick up a couple more wins which is amazing. I can't wait to see how the rest of the year goes!

I did lose my grandfather a few weeks ago. I mentioned this last week here on the blog and in my Tackle Your TBR vlog & wrap up but I didn't feel right writing a "life update" and not including this. He was a loving and hard working guy, and always ready to crack jokes and enjoy himself with his family. It's still weird as he's always been in my life and we will miss him dearly. <3

I'm running marathon #4 on tomorrow and I am NERVOUS. Training this summer went really well, but as the school year kicked off and my schedule got busier training got pushed to the wayside quite a bit. I'm trusting my body and my knowledge of fueling and stretching properly to propel me across the finish line, but I'm still pretty apprehensive about taking on 26.2 for the fourth time. (Can you believe it?! Marathon #4. I still remember everything about marathon #1 so vividly!)

Life is still quite busy but I'm happy with how most things are going. I have a huge stack of books I want to get through, I'm drawing, blogging, and YouTubing more consistently, and I would say that I'm overall content! I'm looking forward to the coming weeks that will be packed with family visits, holiday food, and lovely end of the year festivities. I hope all is well with you guys, too! Happy fall :)

A Few of my Favorite Links {#18}

Hey everyone! I hope you all are having a great week so far. I'm surprised it's already Thursday. I thought I'd start each "favorite links" post with a bit of a brief life update so you're note totally out of the loop. These posts go up usually once a month, so I think that's a good amount of updates for you all (my life doesn't change all that much month to month, so why not?) For weekly life updates, make sure you're subscribed to my channel. I'll be posting weekly vlogs every Monday! Also make sure you're following both of my Instagrams for daily personal and planner updates! /endshamelessplugging

Orientation has started at MHC and all students will be back next week - where did winter break go?! But I've been having fun this week so far - I was able to see my friend Brittany at her place in Boston and we decorated our planners (because we're huge nerds), I'm still on board the Winter Warrior challenge (even when I have to walk outside in the rain after dark), and spending time with the colleagues in my office always makes going into the office in the morning so much easier. My goal of being more positive in 2016 has been going very well so far, but my goal of getting my butt out of bed in the morning is still a bit of a struggle. Oh well, we're only two weeks into the year so we can't judge too much!

Anywho, I hope you all enjoy the links I'm sharing with you all today. It's a real hodge-podge of things so you can definitely see where my brain is at latetly.... f-ing everywhere. I thought you were supposed to start New Years with a clear mind?! It's definitely been opposite for me. Oh well. Enjoy!

The Queen of OMG Cakes

This Buzzfeed post pulls together some of the coolest posts from Katherine Sabbath's Instagram account. Sabbath is a baker and cake decorated who owns an Australian cake shop called OMG Cakes and it's so colorful and adorable and you really just want to eat everything that she posts. I don't know how anyone can resist giving her account a follow once they see these images! If you like fun, colorful baked goods, I highly recommend checking this awesome link out!

DesignLoveFest.com

As I was perusing the internet for some fun New Year desktops to adorn my work computer with, I found that each image preview I was drawn to linked me back to this awesome blog, DesignLoveFest. This blog is a cool collection of awesome fashion, quirky design, and downloadable freebies, and the author (Bri Emery) posts multiple times a day for some serious inspiration. I love seeing her posts pop up on my Feedly to see what she's into on that particular day, and to see what downloadables she's created for her readership.

There's Another Steven Avery Special on the Way

If you been anywhere on the internet over the last several weeks, you've probably heard of Making a Murderer. Brett and I watched it within 2 days and I'm pretty sure I looked like the eyes emoji the entire time. (Actually this video is a pretty accurate representation of all of our reactions throughout the series.) Now that the series has skyrocketed in popularity, there's been a ton of speculation about what evidence had been omitted from the series and if the series concentrated too much on the defense and Avery's innocence. Now there will be a new special released that will hopefully give the audience an idea of what might have been missing from the series. I'm excited for this becuase I've been Googling NON-STOP about this series ever since I finished it!

Philips Wake-Up Light

My friend Jeff showed this to me - it's an alarm clock that simulates a sunrise! He said it helps him wake up easier in the morning (he's a teacher so he has to get up early AF) and you all know that this year, I'm all about trying to wake up easier! This is such a cool product because it not only beeps at you but makes your room lighter when it's time to wake up, making it harder to sleep. I'm all about it. These are a little pricey, but I'm definitely considering investing in one of these if it means it will be easier for me to wake up in the morning.

Ice Cube, Kevin Hart, and Conan Help a Student Driver

Lastly but certainly not least is this video. Brett shared this with me on my wall and it. is. hilarious. I love when Conan does these web-clip type bits on his show, and this one is so great. Kevin Hart and Ice Cube get in on the fun as well which is always a wonderfully hilarious addition to his web-clips. I was laughing through this entire video and I'm sure you will too. Give it a shot if you need a pick me up!

Fast & Fun Fall

What a crazy fall it's been! October flew right by with craziness at work and and was jam packed with fun things every weekend. It's true that life seems to go by faster with each passing year, but I personally think it's because as you grow older life gets more and more fun! :) Anywho, here's what I've been up to these last few weeks.

We were all clearly thrilled to be at trivia. Especially Cullen.

Erin, Cullen, and I hit The Quarters after work a two weeks ago for round 2 of Harry Potter Trivia! We went a few months ago for the first round of HP Trivia and didn't do so great. I think we did a bit better the second time around (this time we were named "Gilderoy Pop and Lockharts" XD) but it was packed with people so being competitive was tough for everyone. (There were teams that got literally every question right >_>... putting my HP knowledge to SHAME!) We still had fun, though, which is what matters the most!

1. Reunited with Brittany & Matt at the Pageant!
2. The Homecoming Court in their best duds!

Later in the week I headed to BSU for the Homecoming Pageant! The Pageant is my absolute favorite event that is put on every year, and this year was extra special because I knew pretty much the entire Homecoming Court through working with them during Orientation or through PC. As it does every year, the court made me laugh with their talents and costumes, and made my heart melt with their interview answers. Bridgewater students love their university and every year the seniors in the court reflect on their time at BSU - it gets REAL emotional and I love it. I'm so happy I was able to make it back to campus for this special event.

1 & 2. Jenna toting Erin around in the Student Life wagon after wrapping up FallFest! XD
3 & 4. Staff photo day! We love Dinosaur Office - can you tell?

As I mentioned before, work's been crazy busy. I've found that this part of the year has been even more hectic than September (at least for my position) which is crazytown to think! In the weeks leading up to Thanksgiving Break we have multiple events on almost every Friday & Saturdthat ay, meaning the time leading up to the events is spent answering emails, holding meetings, and on Fridays and Saturdays I hang out at work til the wee hours of the morning. I'm so happy that I love the work I do, but I'm even happier that I have amazing colleagues to make the craziness all bearable! (Examples of how we laugh through the stress above!)

Birthday cake surprise at midnight!

Brett had his golden birthday last week - 27 on the 27th! Unfortunately he had to work all day, but I surprised him at midnight with a slice of chocolate cake, brought him some lunch, and we we able to have some Chinese food for dinner (our fave)! Later on in the week we were able to have some fun (Halloween weekend!!!) so having a nice low-key birthday was actually pretty nice. :)

1. I was Katniss at work on the 30th - yes that's a marshmallow bow!
2. New Found Glory at the Palladium! 3. My lovely date to the #NFGYC show!
4. Our costume for *official* Halloween - a Blue Barracuda & a Temple Guard from Legends of the Hidden Temple!

Then, my favorite part of the year, Halloween! This year was particularly fun because the holiday fell on a Saturday which works perfectly for both Brett and my schedules and we were able to plan lots of fun activities for ourselves! On Friday our office hosted a trick-or-treat for students so we all dressed up in costumes. I was dressed at Katniss from The Hunger Games and was complete with a marshmallow bow and arrow (these are the things you'll find in your office when you work in Student Activities). Everyone else had great costumes, so I highly encourage you to check out our Instagram page to check them out!

Friday evening was something that Brett and I had been waiting for since June - the New Found Glory & Yellowcard concert at the Palladium! NFG and Yellowcard both played for about an hour and it. was. awesome. It's so amazing to see such a passionate crowd and performances that had so much energy after nearly 20 years of each band being together. We had a blast belting out nearly every song of both sets and dancing around. Even though each set was an hour I wish they could have been longer! Hopefully, because NFG's 20 year anniversary is in 2017, they'll be touring again very soon!

Finally, on the 31st, we were able to hang out with Erin, Cullen, Tim, and a bunch of their friends for a Halloween party! Brett and I went as a Blue Barracuda and a Temple Guard from Legends of the Hidden Temple, a Nickelodeon game show from we were kids. True 90's kids right here! I loved our costumes this year and we got a lot of compliments on them (though there were quite a few people who didn't understand what we were, haha!). We had a really great time hanging out with everyone and having a fun, relaxing time for a change!

Clearly, things have been crazy, but they've been lots of fun as well!
How have things been for you all?

Return from Opening

Hey everyone! I'm alive. :)

Mount Holyoke Convocation 2015
93 degree weather + 5,000% humidity. Everyone basically melted.

The opening of the fall semester is hectic, and with learning a new job and figuring out a schedule for myself on top of that, blogging has been put on the back burner for the last couple of weeks - sorry about that! Things have finally *officially* opened - students are back, programming has slowed down a bit, and things are falling into somewhat of a rhythm - and despite some major tilts in my personal and professional life, things are going pretty well. I'm able to take time to myself, spend time with Brett on a semi-regular basis, and I've been working in exercise into the mix as much as possible. It seems like things are starting to hit their stride a little bit and I'm enjoying it!

"Zip up or ZIP OUT"

Bison pulling off a huge win over Anna Maria last Saturday! 51-29!

Cool kids at Nightfest on Saturday

The insanity of Org Fair on Wednesday... and this isn't even close to how packed it got!

Anywho, apologies for the lack of updates. I had quite a few things scheduled to be posted over the last two weeks, but honestly it just wasn't realistic to sit down and write when I had 1,000 other to-dos on my list. Higher Ed is crazy, y'all! BUT that leaves me with a lot of ideas to work off of for new posts! I'm going  to get back into the swing of blogging a couple times a week starting next Tuesday, so I'll see you all then!

...right? ;)

Catching Up on the Last 5 Weeks! (Part 1)

I can't believe how long it's been since I've written a proper life update post! Things went so quickly at the end of the semester, just as I'd anticipated that they would. I always say the end of the year sneaks right up on us because we're busy right until the last second. This year was no different! It felt like I had events every single day, on top of finishing up my graduate work and trying to not pass out from exhaustion. Anyway, I have a LOT to catch up on, so I'm going to break this life update into two parts. (I'll post part #2 tomorrow!)

The day after the Boston Marathon, Springfest activities got underway! I always love the large scale, campus-wide events because I really get to see the students in action. It really is amazing how much they can accomplish as a group! Each event was a success (even with the rained out carnival) and we all had such a blast the entire week. I'm going to really miss PC next year when all of the Homecoming and Springfest photos pop up on social media!

Grilled cheese truck, hosted by the Cheese Connoisseurs Club!

A happy Springfest gift from former PC advisor Matt!

Rachel & Kevin loving the cookie bouquet!

Mid-week during Springfest I picked up my cap & gown for commencement which made things REALLY real! It was a great motivator, though, to keep pushing through all of the school work and reach the finish line of grad school. I had it hanging up on my closet door right next to my mirror so I could see it each day to keep me focused!

My regalia in all its glory.

The weekend after Springfest was the Dean Dash 5K! My family had run it last year so we thought we'd continue the tradition. Louie even joined us, only 5 days after running Boston! #champ This year's race was much larger and much better organized as well. It was a gorgeous day for a race and it's always good to have friends and family visiting my neck of the woods!

Giving Louie the sign we made him for the Marathon! It got a little destroyed by the rain...

The following week I had, what I liked to call, an #SAroadtrip! We all know that I basically lived in my car this year, but that week I truly, truly did. I commuted between Dean, Nichols, Bridgewater, Clark, and even an institution that I interviewed at in Western Massachusetts for a total of 5 different colleges, within 3 days! I traveled a total of 399 miles in a little under 72 hours... Yikes. Here were my tour stops:

Wednesday: Left Dean in the morning to commute to BSU for work, and then went out to Nichols to visit Brett for the night.

Watching Brett play a bit of pick-up basketball at Nichols while working on some homework.

Thursday: Had my last day of my internship at Clark :( where Joanne and Tim took me out to The Fix for a delicious lunch that consisted of burgers with espresso. bacon. What. (Guess who's the idiot who forgot to take a picture? Trust me, it was BOMB.) Then I commuted back to BSU for the Impact Awards that evening which were so much fun! (So proud of all of my PCers who took home awards!) I spent the evening back in my apartment at Dean.

The give away at this year's awards were selfie sticks, so of course it was selfies galore for the rest of the year!

Friday: Woke up and commuted out to Western Mass for my interview, made a stop at Nichols to say hi to Brett on the way back, then was on duty Friday evening at Dean. (And of course, I treated myself to Chipotle for champing out the last few days.)

Saying I was tired by the end of the trip would be an understatement, but I'm glad I have such a reliable car to get me everywhere! #DoryismyBFF

That Saturday Brett and I went out to dinner at the new Smash Burger (YUM) and just relaxed at home while I finished up an assignment for school. Sunday evening was the end-of-year ResLife banquet at Dean, and it was so sad to say goodbye to my wonderful CAs. It was so wonderful to have them on my staff this year and I'm going to miss them so much!

Monday marked the last day of classes for the BSU undergrads, so of course we had to go out with a bang which included Duck Day* and the rescheduled Springfest Carnival! The weather was absolutely perfect and made for a wonderful last day to hang out with the PC gang. We had so many people at the carnival which was awesome! It was such a great note on which to end my time as a PC advisor. Don't worry, I'm not crying... there's just dust in my eye...

Set-up selfie!

Pie a Panhel! With one of my favorite Greek women, Shannon!

Look at those lines! It got much more crowded as the event progressed.

Tuesday evening PC hosted their annual Production Crew dinner, which is for students who have gone above and beyond to contribute back to the organization. Even alumni are invited back, so long as they were inducted into Production Crew while they were students! It was great to catch up with some of the students I worked with last year, as well as to have the opportunity to really say goodbye to the wonderful organization that really impacted my time as a grad at BSU. (And the food was amazing!)

With some of my PC pals!

Candyland battle!

I'm going to wrap up this first part of my life update with my Portfolio Defense that happened on Wednesday of that week. I had been working on my portfolio all semester long and it was so great to just have it be done with. However, I was the last person to defend, meaning I had to sit through six 25-minute presentations before I could present my own, which of course gave my nerves plenty of time to build. I'm pretty sure I blacked out during the entire presentation and I probably sounded like an idiot, but I PASSED which meant I was graduating for real! Such an amazing feeling to be done with that portion of my grad school experience. Our Internship course instructor took us out for drinks and appetizers to celebrate after we were done!

My outfit for the defense!

Pre-defense selfie with Brit!

Post-defense Mai Tai *heart eyes Emoji*

I still have a ton to catch you up on, so make sure you check back tomorrow for part two!

*Duck Day is an awesome program that PC puts on. Staff members hide rubber ducks all around campus, and each duck corresponds with a prize. When students find ducks, they turn them in for those prizes, ranging from a back of candy all the way up to an iPad! Students will climb trees, go through bushes, and look literally EVERYWHERE to find the ducks. It's one of the most entertaining things to witness!
